UPDATE: In case this ever becomes available again... and you wonder if you should buy themI have owned this set for almost 4 years now... I am not a butcher, just a retired Jet Engine Tech living on a farm in the Philippines... I use this set on average 9 times a month and just finished using it again and I feel so happy with it that I had to come back and write again... still keeps its edge for easy work on the cutting table, just a couple slides across the sharpener thing is all it needs to keep it sharp... I don't remember how much it was but I am 100% sure it was money well spent and I would buy it again if they ever went missing... my wife thinks I am crazy for protecting them so much but there is no way I could ever find a similar quality set here... you will not be disappointed... I really appreciate the rubberized handles on the knives... however, at one point they started getting a black stain on them, maybe some kind of mold but it would not come off with soap and water... so I soaked the handles in a light bleach solution and they look brand new again and have that nice rubbery feel again... I usually don't love my tools, but I admit I do love these knivesThis is a perfect set for harvesting our pigs, I especially like the gut hook, it is extra strong and glides right through the breast bone. All blades are top quality and hold their edge very well... if you like great quality and reasonable price this is the set for you.
