Price was good and yes its true about what others have said. Bit wobbly and I can see where people would get pinch bringing it back down. Since I've had that in mind, I haven't gotten pinched yet but I'm sure it's coming. Bang for buck and compact is why I bought it and it's what I expected. It's a great ladder However, the velcro strap warns out after several uses.I strongly recommend that a different, stronger and longer last strap or something of aluminum type material with a hook, be used for this purpose. Additionally, provisions should be made to have a replacement strap for those of us who have purchase the ladder with the strap, which have worn out.Came missing one of the rubber covers in the feet. Disappointed in that.Kind of a pain in the butt to put up and down. I dont like that when you lift a side it automatically wants to extend and putting it back down was a lot of work, as you have to do each rung on each side individually. It works nicely as a ladder and stores great because it gets so small.I love it, it doesn't take a lot of room in my 5th wheel's garage. but, it is a little narrow and that makes it a little unsteady. but i like the edesign, It's nice and compact, the depoiment is easy and quick, but putting it away is a little harder. Releasing the locks for each level doesn't let it drop down on it's own, you have to push it down. Not easy when you have to hold two latches at the same time and push down. The only draw back about the design. The compactness makes up for the small flaws. I would of make it wider. It is narrow. We needed a compact ladder for the trailer, and this fit the bill. It allows me to get up on the roof, yet it can be stowed in a storage compartment. Easy to extend and to collapse. The down side of this ladder is the stability. If I station the ladder too far back, the ladder flexes and does inspire confidence. I have to place the feet of the ladder closer the trailer (wall) in order to correct the flexing. I'm 6'2" @ 240lbs, so this ladder definitely tested. Keeping the one limitation in mind, I like the ladder very much. When this is in a frame mode it works pretty well, when its fully extended it is a bit shaky. The hinge joint flexes quite a bit as you climb it. Mare sure you position the base well or else it will slip out. folds very small to fit in smaller vehicles which is the primary use of this. About half the size of my little giant fold up ladder. The steps are smaller than a fiberglass ladder so it is not as sturdy feeling. For its price and size its hard to find another ladder that will do the same job better. When you press the releases to fold it back up be careful. It drops down fast and can easily smash your fingers if you are not careful.Fine for short stuff but if you have 12 foot ceilings to maneuver it is very wobbly.
